What do succulent gardens, home improvement, calligraphy and meditation have in common?
These are all future workshops that will be held at Little Bird Events. Expect weekly classes that will feed your mind, spirit and belly in a fun and social setting.
We believe that people should get together more often and NOT only when there is an occasion. That’s why when we are not busy making your special days memorable, we run workshops where you can unwind, find inspiration by trying out something new, or simply mix and mingle with like-minded people in a casual, yet elegant setting.
Look out for our regular Moms’ Night Out Party.
Angela Marenghi, the founder of Little Bird Events is a dyed-in-the-wool event professional whose passion is deeply rooted in nearly two decades of work within hospitality and event management. She gained her experience at the James Beard-awarded Oleana Restaurant in Cambridge as the events and marketing manager and most recently managing staff and events for The Henry Organization. There is hardly anything Angela has not planned – from outdoor garden weddings, through intimate family parties, to informal cooking classes. When she is not working or taking care of her family, Angela enjoys reading about self-growth, design and cooking. Above all else, she loves a good party, especially when there is dancing.
When Angela tried to find a simple, but stylish venue for a family celebration outside of her home, she realized that there really wasn’t a lot to choose from. As a skilled events and hospitality professional she saw an opportunity to fill that need. With plenty of help and encouragement from her husband, in 2017 she leased and designed the space at 83 Morse Street. Of course, Angela wanted to create more than just a space with four walls. At Little Bird Event Space she hopes people will think of it as an extension of their home where you can relax and enjoy your time spent with your loved ones, coworkers and friends.
